We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for creating visually impactful digital and print design across multiple brands, in line with brand guidelines and existing styles, across multiple platforms.

You’ll design assets for multiple channels including social media, website assets, print and digital. You will also be responsible for scheduling social media posts in line with the marketing calendar.

One Stop Grow Shop is an exciting hydroponics company providing the best products, at the best prices and an industry leading customer experience. We incorporate multiple brands, with a total of 9 physical stores and 3 e-commerce channels.

Responsibilities:

• Create quality, visually compelling designs aligned with the brand guidelines and existing styles for multiple brands, across multiple platforms including social media, website assets, print and digital channels.
• Work collaboratively within marketing and across the wider business to produce final assets.
• Schedule social media posts in line with the marketing calendar and collaborate with the Head of Group Marketing to optimise posts to continually improve performance.
• Work across multiple projects to tight deadlines.
• Provide creative input and ideas for brand development.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Experience creating and scheduling social media across multiple channels.
• A strong portfolio of work demonstrating design skills across multiple platforms and brands.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and prioritize multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with video is advantageous.
• Experience using Adobe After Effects to create motion graphics is advantageous.
