Position Overview & Specifications

LOCATION: Remote / home-based – occasional travel to head office in Liverpool as required

CONTRACT TYPE: Full time, permanent

SALARY: £29,354

Open Awards is recruiting for a Database and Regulatory Reporting officer who will be responsible for delivering high quality data reporting to a range of monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines for internal and external stakeholders.

The key functions of the post include:

  • Ensuring that all data associated with regulatory submissions is accurate, of high quality and ready for submission in a timely manner meeting internal and external deadlines.
  • Working with the ICT and Operations teams, Data Analyst, and other team members to enable effective reporting and evaluation across Open Awards.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of the Open Awards database and systems to ensure dissemination of information to recognised providers and Open Awards staff.
  • Ensuring that a high level of data quality is maintained across all aspects of Open Awards services.
  • Maintaining Open Awards’ information in regulators’, and other stakeholders’, databases and portals.
