Optegra has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our amazing and dynamic marketing team. This position offers a hybrid work model.

The Role

The graphic designer will work on a range of offline and online marketing projects, including digital and print advertising, door drops, email campaigns, web page design, banners, social media assets, newsletters, mobile and tablet design, management of image library and ad hoc projects as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver creatives on brief
• Create mock-ups and discuss these ideas with the team
• Will work closely with our creative agency and develop visual concepts
• Design marketing collateral, print and digital
• Use your experience of creative problem solving to develop concepts into refined, cohesive and compelling design solutions
• Manage multiple projects effectively and deliver well executed designs under tight timeframes

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Passionate about design
• Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing a range of offline and online projects
• Industry experience is required within a design/advertising agency or in-house team
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Mac/InDesign & Illustrator/Acrobat
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive with the ability to problem solve and comfortable driving projects forward
• Ability to work calmly under pressure, able to multitask, with excellent organisational skills
