Check In Staff - DHL / Easyjet - Gatwick Airport

Job Title: Check-In Agent
Pay Rate: £11.39 Overtime x 1.5
Location: London Gatwick Airport
Shift Pattern: 5 on 3 off
Hours: Earliest Start = 03:00am – Latest Finish = 00:00am (Average of 6 to 8 hours per shift)
Optime Group is currently recruiting on behalf of our client DHL who handles Easyjet airline for the below role at Gatwick Airport. We are looking to add to the growing team of Check In Agents serving one of the UK's fastest growing airports.

Confirmed start dates:

• 15th May 2023
• 29th May 2023
• 12th June 2023
• 26th June 2023

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting passengers with checking in their luggage using self service machines.
• The role covers all front of house, customer service tasks to ensure a smooth and seamless passenger journey through London Gatwick Airport.
• Greeting passengers on arrival at the airport and answering any queries passengers might have about their journey.
• Checking Travel Documents such as passports, visas and boarding passes
• Must deliver the highest standard of customer services at all times

Shifts:
The Airport is operational 7 days per week and candidates will be working on a 5 on 3 off rolling rota.

An example of the shift hours:

• Day 1: 0300 till 1200
• Day 2: 0500 till 1400
• Day 3: 0600 till 1800
• Day 4: 1330 till 2230
• Day 5: 1430 till 2330
