What's on offer:
- Pay Rate: £11.33 per hour
- Shift Pattern: 3-on / 3-off, 12-hours shifts starting at either 03:00/04:00/05:00
- Shift Timing: Must be available to start as early as 03:00am and finish as late as 00:00
- Location: London Gatwick Airport
- Assisting passengers with checking in their luggage using self service machines.
- The role covers all front of house, customer service tasks to ensure a smooth and seamless passenger journey through London Gatwick Airport.
- Greeting passengers on arrival at the airport and answering any queries passengers might have about their journey.
- Checking Travel Documents such as passports, visas and boarding passes
- Must deliver the highest standard of customer services at all times
- Good attention to detail
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team
- Right to Work in the UK
- Five year fully checkable reference history
- Ability to pass Criminal Record Check (CRC)
