Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Various Warrington Locations
Hours: 20 per week,
Week One shift pattern Mon-Fri 07.00-11.00 am
Week Two shift pattern Mon -Fri 16.00-20.00 pm
Rate of Pay: £12.95 per hour + Mileage
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
To flexibly support our cleaning teams across the area ensuring that areas are hygienic, clean and safe for people to use. To lead and manage team(s) of cleaners, getting ‘hands-on’ where required, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness is achieved and maintained throughout, and that the relationships with the customers are strengthened.
This role does require the use of your own vehicle for which the Company will pay mileage.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Cleaning and Standards
· Travel to, and work from, any of the sites in your ‘area’ as support is required. These requests may be made with very short notice, so flexibility is key
· Induct, train and advise teams on how to clean to the standards identified in the site specifications
· Complete and maintain relevant records (e.g., Quality Assurance documentation; Health & Safety records; training logs; timesheets etc.) accurately and on time
· Monitor and advise on stock usage, ordering stock as and when required
· Use cleaning machinery including floor buffers and carpet cleaners
· Undertake cleaning and stocking duties as required, to meet the site needs (e.g., dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
· Train and advise teams on the efficient and effective use of cleaning equipment and chemicals considering COSHH regulations
· Monitor standards of performance and quality of cleaning across the sites
Managing/Leading and Customer Service
· Build great relationships with your team/colleagues and your customers
· Supervise sites you are on, ensuring work is completed to an agreed schedule and to required standards
· Managing understaffing and ensuring variations are dealt with. Monitoring attendance and informing HR of absences
· Work with the account management team to attend client site inspections and audits as required
· Be the point of contact for cleaners with any personnel queries, dealing with or referring to the correct person
· Be the point of contact for the customers with any issues or queries, resolving where appropriate
· Have a clear understanding of customer service guidelines/principles
Health, Safety and Environment
· Act responsibly in relation to all matters which may affect the Health and Safety of yourselves and others whilst on Company premises and to adhere to safety regulations at all times
· Observe all safety procedures and instructions and assist in maintaining a safe workplace and reporting any accidents, hazards, near misses, damages or defects to tools and equipment to the appropriate person
· Wear appropriate protective equipment (PPE) and use any safety devices provided by the company at the relevant times

Qualifications & Experience:
Essential: Valid full and clean driving licence and access to/use of a vehicle with Business-Use insurance
Previous supervisory experience
Cleaning experience
Desirable: UKCPAS, BICS
