- 3 month contract
- Up to £450 p/d
- 100% REMOTE
- Designing end-to-end-centered services
- Applying a design-lead approach to solve client problems and suggesting alternative strategies
- Designing, facilitating and reporting on all types on user research methods
- Running workshops/ focus groups, user testing
- Owning and creating high quality deliverables (personas, user journey maps, experience maps)
- Supporting continual education of UX through training of junior staff
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards WCAG 2.1
