About The Role - Wordpress Developer - Frontend

As a Frontend Wordpress Developer, you'll be developing bespoke sites from the ground up for a wide range of clients (industries have included sports, interior design, pets, care homes, ecommerce & more) from big names in British Sports and BMW, to smaller businesses. You won't be doing off the shelf development here, you'll be working in advanced wordpress environments with things like Bedrock/Roots, Tailwind and more.

You'll be joining a small team of 2 developers (1 frontend, 1 backend) as well as a regular freelancer, working alongside a designer, a marketing team of 14 and more. You'll be joining a nurturing environment where everyone has a voice, where you'll be working largely independently as a frontend developer; e.g. you'll have full ownership for the frontend of your projects alongside a backend developer, being involved from the start to understand client requirements and product technical specifications.

Many of their employees have been with them for the long term due to their ongoing support and opportunities for learning (there's budget there too!)... as well as the ongoing banter & socialising! They enjoy their office time together 2/3 days a week and are flexible with timings to help you have the best work/life balance possible (within reason!).

Key Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a frontend wordpress developer
• Experience with advanced bespoke wordpress builds from the ground up
