P&R Management (UK) Ltd are Block/Property management agents managing developments in Herts, Beds and Bucks.
We are agile, customer-centric and our goal is to do the job right first time.
We are recruiting an Development Coordinator as part of their small team.
The role centres upon customer relations and operational tasks to support the existing team. Responsibility includes manning the phones to existing clients, working with the client directors and the P&R team. The position requires strong organisational and communication skills with an understanding and ability to carry out work independently and efficiently.
The role will be working from home, however there will be in person and virtual training.
Duties Include:
- Taking incoming calls from residents, client directors and solicitors. Effectively manage and respond to queries where appropriate
- Respond to enquiries to provide requested information to Operations and accounts team colleagues.
- Liaise directly with clients through letters and e-mails as required,
- Effectively manage maintenance requests including preparing works orders and contractor queries
- Effectively manage maintenance requests and contractors
- Source, appoint and manage competent trades persons
- Help to Maintain the P&R database and portal in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Able to be self-motivated and work independently
- Experience of receiving client phone calls
- Organised, enthusiastic, able to manage time well and work independently including working from home.
- Confident with IT systems and proficient in Microsoft software.
- Accurate and with attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills.
- Versatile and adaptable with the ability to set priorities and achieve objectives
- Experience working in an office and/or property/block management would be advantageous.
- Driving Licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £19,241.55-£22,500.00 per year
