Sales Design Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful sales team at Trentham Gardens.

We are looking for a sales design consultant who has experience in consultative sales, ideally from within a high value retail or KBB or the furniture sector.

About the company:
Crane are an established family business that have been designing and manufacturing luxury garden buildings for over 48years. They are one of the UK's leading Garden Building manufacturers and have strong links with the National Trust and are proud of the heritage and reputation they hold.

Due to an increase in sales and growing customer demand in this product sector they are looking for a dynamic sales professional to work from their site at Trentham Gardens near Stoke-upon-Trent.

The role of a Sales Design Consultant:

As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be responsible for selling a range of bespoke, garden buildings direct to the customer. As a confident and outgoing person, you will use your consultative approach and customer service expertise to guide customers through the selection process and help them realise their vision of the ultimate garden building offering a range of bespoke features and colours that best compliments their outdoor space. You do not need to be a design genius as you will be provided with all the tools & training necessary to be successful in the role.

As an Ideal candidate you will demonstrate:

• Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to build relationships
• Proven experience of a consultative sales approach and great customer service
• Enthusiasm to become an expert in the full product range
• Confidence to overcome objections and close sales

Our Sales Design Consultants come from a variety of backgrounds. Previous sales experience is desirable, however a confident, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn is a must.

As you may be required to conduct visits to customer properties being a driver and having your own transport is essential.
