We now have an amazing opportunity for a passionate person with an interest in food and wine to join us as a Waiter/Waitress.

In this role you will be responsible to assist the Restaurant Team in operating the restaurant to achieve the best guest satisfaction, maximum sales, and an all round eye for detail by having a skilled, passionate, and motivated team who are able to deliver above all expectations within Cardiff.

About The Restaurant

Park House Restaurant is a Rosetted luxury fine dining restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide located in the heart of the city. The restaurant has three private dining rooms, a 45 cover restaurant and the 15th best wine list in the UK (according to the London Wine Awards). We have a Grade One listed building which captivates every guest upon entry and we source the best local produce and match it with the best wine available, we're all set up to give the best available, we just need you and your qualities to link the quality from every department together as one.

About The Duties

• Running the Restaurant in the vision of the Restaurant Manager
• Developing and training yourself into the best you can be
• Interacting with guests and giving them the service they deserve
• Operating the Restaurant booking system

About The Candidate

• Ensures every service is top quality
• Ensures every guest has the best experience possible
• Has experience as a Waiter/Waitress
• Possesses key skills such as adaptability, flexibility, and product knowledge
• Possess good knowledge of food and wine
• Shares our values

About The Contract

We are offering a competitive basic hourly rate which has a service charge. We open four days a week meaning that your full time job will have three days off on most weeks giving you rest time to allow you to be at your best when pleasing our guests.
