Position Overview & Specifications
- Liaises with the Regional HR and Recruitment team and colleague HR Business Partners to match recruitment needs against identified internal Talent, coordinating, and facilitating moves as necessary
- Coaches and supports senior leaders and HODs on the labour market, available talent, and the best approach in order to attract, recruit and retain new team members
- Supports line managers to drive engagement throughout their areas of the business to develop performance and retention, co-developing targeted actions plans, through developing managers’ leadership abilities in line with identified needs and PPHE Hotel Group competencies
- Supports advanced and escalated ER casework, supporting HR Officers on cases where necessary, advising managers of appropriate actions and subsequent outcomes in line with the company resolution policy
- Leads all property Talent Management activities to ensure maximised performance, robust succession plans and a pipeline of ready Talent is available and mapped to future movement and growth
- Ensures identified Talent is proactively and appropriately developed in line with individual and business needs, and ensure all key roles have Performance Development Plans in place
- Provides people-related MI and analysis to the business, making sound recommendations as necessary
- Ensures exit interviews are being completed, as per company guidelines, with appropriate analysis completed and findings shared as relevant. Personally completes all senior leadership exit interviews.
- Conducts periodic reviews of structures and roles to ensure efficiency and fit-for-purpose are achieved
- Develops and operate within a budget for the assigned areas of the business
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability when supporting line manager and team member’s needs and the changing demand and priorities of the business
- Ensures that all activities are in compliance with national laws and regulations, management decisions and PPHE Hotel Group operating policies, processes and procedures

- Has previous experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or Human Resources Manager in a hotel
