Photographic online seller

We are looking for a easy-going, reliable person that has a strong interest in cameras/photography equipment to assist with selling our products online through eBay.

In your main role you will:

Clean, repair and maintain a variety of cameras and photographic equipment that includes both modern digital and traditional vintage equipment/cameras. You will then take product photos in our studio before listing the item for sale on eBay.

You will also pack sold orders ready to be posted and put the sale through the till system. There are retail elements to this job but you will not be expected to serve customers directly, your main job role will be working behind the scenes as part of the team to keep up with the workload.

There will be opportunities to work within the Print lab, studio and darkroom facilities to fill in for other members of staff.

9am-5pm, 25 hours per week (opportunity for this to increase)

3 months probation period before contract is reviewed and extended as see fit.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with eBay
• Photographic / Camera equipment Knowledge
• Interest in cameras/Photography (both Traditional vintage SLRs and Digital SLRs)

Non-essential skills:

• Product Photography experience
• IT skills
• Previous experience in photography, Adobe Lightroom and/or Adobe Photoshop would be advantageous

Additional information:

Training on how listings are made and how to take product photos and more will be provided on the job.

Family dog occasionally on site, very friendly and only takes up a little space under the desk.
