Retail Shop Supervisor

Paul Rhodes Bakery is looking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic and dynamic supervisor to join the team at its retail bakery in Greenwich.

We are looking for an experienced supervisor to assist in running the day-to-day operation of the retail bakery shop. Your role will be varied, giving you the chance to use your natural leadership skills to help take this team to the next level. Motivated by achieving great results, you take pride in maintaining the high standard of service required, you work calmly under pressure and keep a positive approach to the role and wider growth of the business.

Full training will be provided and the opportunity to grow and develop your skillset will be encouraged.

Contracted hours: 35 hours per week- These hours are split across 5 shifts throughout the 7-day week and during the hours of 06:00-19:00

Remuneration: £12 per hour

Paul Rhodes Bakery Greenwich is the face of the Paul Rhodes business and is supplied locally by our wholesale bakery, not far from us along the river. We offer an interesting and varied range of signature breads, cakes, and pastries, alongside breakfast and lunch items prepared by our team on site.
