Receptionist: Pavilion, Kensington, London W8

Salary: £25,000 pa

As the front of house Receptionist your role is to welcome all guests to Pavilion Kensington with a friendly manner and ensuring a professional experience. Located within the leafy Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, Pavilion is a private business members’ club. The club features luxury meeting rooms, private office suites and office pods as well as relaxing lounges set over five floors on bustling Kensington High Street.

Your role will be as an Ambassador for Pavilion Kensington, welcoming guests and providing an exceptional customer service experience.

What will you be doing?

You will be the face of Pavilion Kensington, personally welcoming visitors and members ensuring an outstanding experience throughout their time within City Pavilion.

You will be friendly, solve issues efficiently, you will want to go the extra mile and you need to make sure everyone feels good. You will make visitors and tenants feel at home and encourage a friendly, collaborative working environment.

You will need to roll up your sleeves. You’ll drop tools and help out when the call goes out for ‘all hands on deck!’ Whether it’s clearing up after an event or simply helping out a member in need, you’re on hand, smiling!

What kind of person are we looking for?

You will have previous experience as a receptionist. You are able to demonstrate strong organisation skills, whilst also being flexible, keen and personable. You should take an enthusiastic and proactive approach to any given task, willing to help out when your colleagues need it, remembering that the customer experience at Pavilion Kensington is the utmost priority.
