Position Overview & Specifications
The Crisis Care pathway for children & young people across Greater Manchester (GM) has been totally transformed. Four multi-agency, multi-disciplinary Rapid Response teams serving the whole of GM are at the heart of the transformation. These teams will provide crisis assessment and management and will offer intensive support post crisis for children, young people and families. The post holder will be based within one geographical cluster, however some cross-cover across the whole GM area may be required on occasion.
