Key duties

• Operating computerised till and EPOS system
• Labeling and pricing
• Maintaining stock levels in selling areas and merchandising
• Helping customers with enquiries, finding products etc.
• Being friendly, polite and helpful to customers at all times
• Cleanliness of your area of work

Your capabilities

• You must like dealing with people, have good communication skills as well as being conscientious, enthusiastic and motivated
• Ability to bend and lift customer’s purchases to scan at till, and to pull/push trolleys and barrows
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential as training will be given
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• A keen interest in plants and related products
