Social Media Executive and Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty across all social media platforms.

• Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, that aligns with the restaurant group's brand values and tone of voice.

• Respond to customer enquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction, build a community and strengthen brand reputation.

• Analyse social media metrics, track and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.

• Work closely with the marketing team, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support overall business goals and objectives.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, content creation, and user-generated content.

Key Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

• A strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, and their respective audiences.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of attention to detail.

• A passion for food and hospitality, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

• Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite, to track and report on campaign performance.

• A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with colleagues across different departments, including Marketing Team, Events, Reservations & General Managers.
