Here at Pets Purest, we are dedicated to providing only the most natural products for our pets. Our own pets are sensitive and react badly to harmful chemicals found in countless pet products on the shelves today, so we knew something needed to be done. After extensive research and help from the experts, we set about creating a range of high-quality products that are pure, natural and free from nasty chemicals which our furry friends love!

Pets are so much more than just animals, we want to ensure that all pets are given the most natural, nutritional and safe products available to make sure that they get the most out of life.

The Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who is excited to help refine and expand Pets Purest’s product range. This role requires organisation and motivation to explore trends, dig into the data and bring new ideas to the table.

This role will report to our Head of Supply Chain, whilst also working alongside our Owner and Head of Growth to refine and develop our product offering. An exciting opportunity to make an impact on the products we bring to market and also delight our customers with our products.

What you’ll be doing:

· Bringing new ideas to the team on how to improve our new and existing product range

· Building efficiency into our product supply chain

· Working closely with suppliers to improve current products and develop new ones

· Researching the market to spot new trends and opportunities

· Using data and feedback to provide insights into how to improve our product portfolio

· Supporting Head of Supply chain in day to day tasks

· Support with market research and competitor analysis (surveys, focus groups, interviews)

What you’ll bring to the role:

· Previous experience in buying / merchandising / supply chain or relevant role

· A dedication to making every Pets Purest product the best it can be

· An analytical approach to using data and feedback to present new ideas

· A team player with a positive mindset and appetite for growth

· A self-starter – someone who can plan their own time well and can bring plenty of ideas to the table

· Know your way around a spreadsheet – pull data and provide insights

· Interest in pet products / food / ingredients / nutrition or in human nutrition ingredients (experience not necessary)

· An animal lover is a big plus!

Salary: From £24,000.00 per year
