We are Pilgrim’s Food Masters, part of the Pilgrim’s family since September 2021, (previously part of Kerry Foods) and we have a proud history of developing brilliant food for our customers and consumers that is enjoyed in millions of UK and Irish homes every year.

Our Pilgrim’s Food Masters portfolio includes famous brands that are some of the UK and Ireland’s favourites, such as Denny, Galtee, Richmond and Fridge Raiders. We are the UK’s biggest producer of prepared meals, making delicious chilled and frozen ready meals for every major supermarket in the UK. Role Description
Provide technical support to the production teams, ensuring current product quality & safety standards are maintained and enhanced where appropriate.
Working with the Production Management team to build relationships, develop trust and promote a quality first culture therefore enabling the effective and sustainable transfer of Quality responsibilities to the site through a programme of education and training.
Ensue the Production Stream is working in line with the requirements of OPEX MS and acting upon the non-conformances raised by the Central Group Audit.
Develop technical excellence at all levels within operations, through a programme of training, coaching, and mentoring to enable sustainable high performance against Quality standards.
Ensure operational team has strong technical knowledge on GMP, Allergen Control, Quality system procedures.
Build trust through effective leadership and the skilled application of people management processes and open 2-way communications.

- Sound working knowledge of BRC and industry regulations.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of food safety and quality management systems
- Experience in leading audits and proven track record in leading others
