Position Overview & Specifications

Pinewood Technologies has an exciting opportunity available for an ambitious individual to join the team as a Training & Implementation Consultant.

Collaborating with a dynamic team, and working closely with our new and existing clients, you will be responsible for implementing our award-winning Dealership Management System- Pinewood DMS.

The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be detail orientated and have an ability to translate client requirements into system needs. This is a busy role, with a focus on customer satisfaction, so regular travel to customer sites will be part of your day-to-day job.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing Pinewood DMS into new and existing dealers, ensuring the transition period is smooth and the client’s needs are met
  • Delivering informative and clear training sessions to customers to ensure they are getting the maximum value from the system
  • Assisting with the system set up before going live
  • Identifying risks and potential issues early to ensure the system is delivered in time and to the best outcome
  • Working towards and meeting team targets and KPIs
  • Becoming an expert on our product, and developing a deep understanding of the franchise car market

About you

The ideal person for this role will be an excellent communicator, with an ability to collaborate and build relationships with clients and colleagues across the business. You will have a problem-solving mindset and be able to take client issues through to a resolution.

You will also need:

  • A good understanding/ interest in the motor industry, preferably through a previous role
  • Previous experience in project management/ and or system implementation is desired
  • An ability to work well under pressure and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Clean UK driving license with an openness to regular travel (up to 60% on client site)
  • Educated to degree level
