Ideal Candidate
* Knowledge and skills in making dough, opening and the fermentation process
* Be confident communicating with suppliers, ordering and preparing ingredients
* The ability to work in a fast paced busy environment
* Be Versatile and work well with your team
* Keep up to date with Food & Hygiene certificates
* Kitchen experience is essential
Working days is Monday - Saturday evenings with prep work in the day. Excellent pay, tips, paid holidays and bonuses.

Salary: Up to £42,120.00 per year
