Our client is a modern hotel in London, with views of the vibrant Wembley Stadium. With a restaurant offering diners a range of local and international cuisine, this property caters for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

What’s involved?

As the Breakfast Chef / Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for ensuring guests start their day right with a hearty breakfast, which is offered as a buffet style service. You must ensure the buffet stays topped up and high standards are consistent. During the week, you can expect to cater for 100-150 covers at breakfast time, rising to 300+ at weekends or when they are holding events.

After breakfast service is over, you will turn your attention to lunch prep and assisting with lunch service. Lunchtime sees the hotel catering for 300-400 covers in the restaurant and a bar menu catering for up to 150 covers. All dishes are prepared using fresh ingredients.

During the week, you will work from 5am until 1.30pm and at weekends, you will work from 6am until 2pm.
