Your role as the Recruitment Manager at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen will be crucial in helping the business launch and establish itself in the UK. You will be a key member of the Recruitment team supporting the roll out in the UK and bringing our campaigns and ideas to life across our restaurant openings.

With big expansion plans, there will be lots of opportunity to get involved in all areas of Recruitment delivering key initiatives and contribute to the ongoing recruitment strategy, helping the team to build strong and passionate management teams across the organisation.

A flexible approach will be required to take on tasks according to the needs of the business plans.

The Role:

• Finding and attracting the best talent by driving innovative, market leading recruitment campaigns and adverts
  
• Coordinating new store openings ensuring 100% fulfilment of our management roles and accuracy across all platforms
• Lead an end-to-end recruitment process and strategy which meets and exceeds operational needs
• Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to source potential candidates
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate applicants qualifications, skills and cultural fit
  
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with pipeline candidates as well as across the business and with external partners
• Negotiate job offers and coordinate the onboarding process for selected candidates
• Capability to effectively manage your time and workload
  
• Knowledge of our ATS (Harri) is desirable
• Acting as an ambassador for the Brand, and understanding the business needs
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations

What we’re looking for

• A seasoned Recruitment Manager with a creative approach to talent acquisition
• High level of passion and understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and its processes
• Previous experience in a Recruitment Manager role, preferably within the hospitality sector
• Experienced in high volume recruitment
  
• Ability to think strategically, partnered with a practical approach to the business needs
  
• Strong, clear written and oral communication skills
• Great at building relationships both internally and externally
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and react quickly to ever-changing time frames
  
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  
• Willingness to travel across the UK - with some overnight stays where necessary
  
• 3 - 5 Years experience within Recruitment
