An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident, enthusiastic, highly organised and motivated Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our Research & Innovation Department at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust. This will be a full time post 37.5 hours per week on a permanent contract. The post will see you supporting the day to day running of clinical trials from the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) Portfolio delivering on a number of respiratory studies and supporting the wider research team.

The post holder will be supported by the Specialist Research Nurse and Senior Nurses within the Department and will work in close collaboration with the Research Nursing Team, Principal Investigators and research support staff, to ensure compliance with Trust Policy, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Human Tissue Act (HTA), and trial specific protocols.
