Paint/Prep/Polish Technician.

We are currently looking to recruit Paint Technicians to become part of a team in our busy and well establish Independent BSI Approved Bodyshop. PP Motor Group is a Family established and run independent motor specialist with a large customer base in Lincolnshire and beyond whose main focus is continuously delivering the highest possible of repairs and customer service as possible. On site we have a fully approved BSI Bodyshop undertaking various contracts and type of work from Cars through to Commercial/HGV Vehicles plus Industrial projects equipped with a vast range of equipment and highly experienced team, also boasting a Used vehicles sales department, Service Department, wheel repair centre, Valet bay with ample parking across the site and a large storage compound.

The right Candidate should have :

• Highly competent in all areas of a vehicle technician role
• Possess a flexible approach and a positive mindset
• Strive to constantly achieve complete customer satisfaction
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with time scales required
• Comply with company administrative procedures and policy's
• Capable with delivering in tight deadlines
• Work well in a team and on a individual basis with a positive approach at all times.
• Help achieve sales targets set on a monthly and yearly basis
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and good work ethic.

Time served experience in working on a variety of makes and models.

Working Hours are Monday to Friday with NO weekend work required.

Full and Part time positions considered plus freelance is also an option.

• Pre and Polish Technician : From £25,000 per annum
• Paint Technician : From £30,500 per annum

Both positions offer very attractive bonus scheme.
