CRAFTSTASH, THE UK’S NUMBER 1 ONLINE PAPERCRAFT STORE IS RECRUITING AN Ecommerce Assistant
ABOUT THE JOB
As an Ecommerce Assistant you will ensure timely and correct listing of products to both website and marketplace platforms.
You will support the merchandising team in ensuring the website is merchandised to deliver both an excellent customer experience and strong trading performance
Day to day responsibilities:
- Working to a tight schedule and following the merchandising team’s product onboarding plan, ensure high quality listings are created for new products
- Consolidate and format product data to meet website and brand guidelines
- Source and collate inspirational product images
- Ensure product listings feature descriptions which are accurate, informative and search engine friendly
- Ensure products are positioned correctly on site
A minimum of 1 year experience of working in a similar Ecommerce environment is desirable, however, full training will be provided. The ideal candidate must have the following skills and attributes to bring to the role:
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Strong written English language skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to manage and effectively switch between multiple workstreams
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Permanent and full time.
Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
Salary: An attractive salary is on offer DOE.
Benefits:
23 days holiday per year increasing to 24, plus bank holidays, free car park (Rota basis), cycle to work scheme, free refreshments, modern offices, company social events, and flexible work patterns and auto enrolment company pension. Hybrid working may be considered for the right applicant.
