Location: Beckton, Newham
Salary: £10.10 per hour
Shifts: 8am-3pm & 3pm-10pm
Role: Permanent Part Time 21-28 hours

Do you have previous experience as a support worker, care assistant, domiciliary/home care, or residential homes then this would be ideal for you. Service

Alnwick Road is a Supported Living service providing individualised and proactive support where people’s rights, independence and choices are actively promoted. The service provides support for up to 9 adults with a range of complex needs, often involving dual diagnosis: Learning Disability, Autism, & behaviour that may be described as challenging.

Part Time Support Worker duties:

• Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
• Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
• Assisting with the development of person centred plans for our residents
• This includes employment, education and other opportunities
• Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
• Providing personal care where needed always working towards more independence
• Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
