We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to help us maintain and service machines and vehicles. The applicant is responsible for overseeing daily operations and servicing and must be able to check in with staff on the status of all vehicles in the yard and keep detailed reports on machine conditions. This role will also require the candidate to be able to fix diesel engines and have some fabrication skills. We run a fleet of vans, pickups and pressure washers of which the servicing and upkeep of all the vehicles will be the responsibility of the candidate. There would also be an element of machinery driving involved with the role, helping to disinfect poultry sheds and driving loaders to assist with the mucking out of buildings. The right candidate will possess excellent communication skills, work well in a team, and have the ability to work under their own initiative.

Pay will depend on experience and ability

A divining license is essential!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £12.50-£16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Richmond: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
