An existing established dog groomers that opened in October 2022 and are looking to take on an additional groomer part time working alongside the owner, a very friendly and relaxed environment.

We're looking for a responsible, energetic and sociable individual who loves animals and working with people, to join our brand new salon on Queens Road, Buckhurst Hill.

The recently renovated salon offers spacious facilities, high quality electronic raising purpose-built individual grooming tables and baths, modern grooming equipment.

The successful candidate will have experience grooming pets and a passion for working in a team environment. We're looking for an individual who can gain the trust of our clients through excellent grooming.

This exciting brand new salon will be opening in September 2022.

Pay will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Grooming all breeds to a high standard.
• Must be confident Grooming all breed of dogs with different temperaments in a calm and effective manner.
• Treating all dogs as if they were your own with the best care and attention at all times.
• Must be able to work at least 2 Saturdays a month.
• Must be able to groom a minimum of 5 dogs a day.
• Will require a level 2 & 3 diploma in Dog Grooming.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in grooming.
• Accommodating special requests that pet owners may have.
• Identifying health issues in pets, such as ear infections, skin conditions, or tooth decay, and informing pet owners of these observations.
• Ensuring that all pets are safe during the grooming process.
• Routinely cleaning work areas.
• Recommending suitable products to pet owners.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: Up to £90.00 per day

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
