Role: Property Estates Executive

Salary: £35-40k pa + Bonus

Location: Based at our Islington Support Centre (hybrid model - 3 days in the office)

The Role:

We are looking for an Estates Manager to join the Property Team at our Support Centre in Islington.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all tenancy agreements across all Restaurants, report any negotiations to the Property Director
• Be the first point of contact for all Landlords
• Be responsible for all rent reviews, considering and negotiating any break clauses in agreements
• Manage the pavement licenses across the Restaurants
• Be involved in lease events, whether that’s holding your nerve in a landlord negotiation or engaging our consultants on technical renewals, you will be expected to take ownership of events and report accordingly
• Manage and take ownership of in all aspects including business rates, service charges and general estates issues
• Assist team members on all estates matters to ensure the estate remains fit for purpose, allowing the restaurant teams to operate effectively and profitably

Skills Required:

• Experience of working in the property department, within a business of 100+ locations would be ideal.
• Experienced in negotiations on and managing multiple projects. Good organisation is essential
• Experience of project managing new processes, and implementing them across the business.
• Advanced Excel skills would beneficial
