This role is an excellent opportunity to be exposed to high level operations and ensure company compliance. The main duties of the Health and Safety Assistant will be:
- Completing and updating risk assessments and SSOW
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and maintained
- Assisting with internal and external audits
- Managing compliance of company policies and procedures
We would love to speak to anybody from a Manufacturing background who has been involved with Health and Safety to a similar level, who has:
- A high level of computer literacy, particularly with MS Office and is able to communicate across all business layer by multiple mediums
- An understanding of the day to day stables of such a role
- The confidence to delivery Health and Safety inductions and updates
- IOSH experience, through an IOSH certificate and/or previous working experience of BRC standards would be advantageous
The Successful Health and Safety Assistant will be offered:
