Support Worker

Here at PES we are looking for support workers to fill positions in the Cheltenham and surrounding area!

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated domiciliary care worker to join our team. The role involves providing in-home care and support to clients who may require assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.

The ideal candidate will have a caring and patient nature, as well as the ability to work independently and follow care plans. Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is also required.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with medication management
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Providing companionship and socialization
• Reporting any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team member
