What You’ll Do
Provenir's Compliance Team is responsible for all things compliance across the global Provenir Group. Data is at the heart of everything we do at Provenir and we take our regulatory and legal responsibilities very seriously.
We are a rapidly growing team, led by our Group Data Protection and Compliance Officer. Our team’s mission is to maintain compliance to relevant legislation in all of the countries we operate in by the consistent application of laws and regulations through advising, assisting, engagement, training, auditing and monitoring.
Reporting to the Group Data Protection and Compliance Officer, we have an opportunity for an experienced Compliance Assistant to assist in maintaining our regulatory and legal standards.
Our ideal team member will be organised and analytical with an ambitious attitude to ensure that risks are identified and recommendations are implemented. You will be detail oriented and pragmatic as well as have a creative and curious mindset to help keep Provenir compliant..
Responsibilities:
  • Supplier Onboarding: lead role in managing the vendor onboarding process; ensuring the the business is providing the relevant information via OneTrust and that outstanding actions are completed. Will, also, issue questionnaires to third parties and follow through to completion; identify risks and work with the Compliance Manager in getting risks raised on the risk register;
  • Audits: Support Compliance Manager with internal and external audits and the results of such; collecting evidence, booking meetings etc;
  • Risk Register: Assist the Compliance Manager with the on-going management of the company’s risk register and risk treatment plan;
  • Document Control: Ownership of the Provenir ‘Document Library’, ensuring that all official documents are kept up to date and are available to all employees;
  • Horizon Scanning; Ensure any changes to legislation are monitored and recorded;
  • Customer Questionnaires; lead role in managing the customer due diligence requests. Ensure that all requests are logged and progressed with the relevant stakeholders;
  • General: Taking minutes for the ISMS management review meetings and Risk Committee meetings; manage the Compliance Team mailbox; triage questions and picking up ad-hoc requests.
What's Required
Education
Degree in relevant subject
Experience
5+ years within the administration of quality, compliance, regulatory field, ISO 27001 or auditing knowledge would also be an advantage.
  • Highly organised individual
  • Methodical, with attention to detail
  • Has compliance and monitoring experience within a regulated environment
  • Developed administration and organisational skills
  • Be able to communicate well, both written and verbally
  • Be able to work independently as well as with other colleagues.
  • A practical hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Proven Excel and Word experience
  • The tenacity and confidence to see a task through to full completion
