You will join a dynamic team with a key role in delivering national plans for the transformation of primary and community care in Wales including the development of an approach that prioritises prevention. You will support the team to enable, promote and support the effective use of project support tools and methodologies to improve, inform and support a portfolio of programmes, projects and initiatives.
The post is based in Capital Quarter 2, in central Cardiff although there is flexibility to work at home.
