Front of House Staff

Putt Crazy is Mayan themed crazy golf with two 9 hole courses that put quality of game before everything else.

Our front of house team ensure that our customers have the best service throughout their visit. The right candidate will play a key role in helping to look after our customers, looking after the golf course ensuring it's ready to play as well to look after the front of house.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensuring customer requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently

2. Provide a level of service that exceeds customer expectations

3. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and quality in the golf course area and front of house areas at all times

4. To take on full responsibility for the cash float and all cash / credit card receipts when on duty

5. Setting up and clearing down after events/parties

6. Preparing hot drinks and milkshakes/sundaes

7. Ensure the smooth day to day running of all FOH sales/food operations as determined by law

8. To maintain good conduct, discipline and motivation within the department

9. Naturally hard working and positive attitude to teamwork and your colleagues.

10. Shift flexibility including late evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

11. The ability to work well and efficiently under pressure.

12. The capability to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

Salary: £8.00-£10.00 per hour
