Graphic Designer

The Role:

Here at Puttshack are seeking a Brand Designer to join our Marketing team in HQ. We are looking for a fun, super-organised designer that will be a key player in our marketing team. You will be responsible for design of all campaigns and branded collateral ensuring our brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition are met for all our marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce highly creative and commercial designs that work across all channels

• Work alongside the Brand Manager to ensure brand campaigns are designed and delivered to brief

• Work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to ensure all creative digital opportunities are being maximised

• Work with the Sales team to create eye-catching exhibition design and collateral to drive group sales

• Own the creative briefing process including stakeholder approval

• Work with Brand Manager to ensure any joint marketing/partnership ventures adhere to the Puttshack brand

• Art working and proofing – ensuring all concepts are checked and are print production ready

• With the Puttshack marketing team, develop, communicate and execute brand strategy and annual marketing calendar

• Be the creative lead for our Menu Refresh working group, working closely with the Brand Manager to update all menus in line with seasonal changes and pricing updates

• Maintain the brand’s content library with items tagged and licensed

Who you are:

• Strong eye for design with the ability to translate designs to a commercial leisure environment

• Organised with great project management & problem-solving skills

• A self-starter who proactively manages their own workflow across multiple projects, highlighting pinch points with management before they occur

• Fun, engaging, witty visual storyteller with great attention to detail

• Finger on the pulse of culture and trends

• Ability to handle multiple projects, high pressure situations and tight deadlines

• Has the capacity to build strong working relationships – both internally and externally

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in a range of packages including Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Figma

• A graphic design background with degree level professional qualification

• Excellent art working skills with strong attention to detail

• Experience in Hospitality/Leisure/Entertainment/Retail desirable
