Talent Attraction Specialist

• 
  Identify what skills and experience are required for our critical talent groups (both now and in the future) and source candidates to our talent pools – finding new, innovative ways to attract people to QA.
• Use social media and other direct sourcing tools to identify both active and passive candidates.
• Understand and map our competitors as part of the sourcing strategy.
• Create engaging social media and newsletter communication to help attract talent.
• Attending job fairs/events (as required)

• 
  Solid hands-on resourcing experience.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with candidates at all levels and managing their expectations.
• Management of social channels to promote QA as an employer of choice
• Demonstrable experience of writing compelling copy for advertising.
• Competent in social media and direct sourcing activities.
