We are Queer Lit, Manchester's LGBTQ+ bookshop and are looking for passionate and committed individuals who share our love for books, coffee, and socializing, to join our team as we expand into our exciting new location. Previous experience in a bookshop, coffee shop, or bar is desirable.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, recommending books to customers, serve drinks, and help deliver exciting events such as book launches, poetry readings, and other community lead gatherings.
The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of literature and be able to engage in thoughtful conversations with our customers. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a friendly and outgoing personality.

We have three options for available hours: 16 hours per week, 30 hours per week, and 40 hours per week. When applying, please specify which option you are interested in.
