A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Nights Guest Service Assistant AT Holiday Inn Express Leicester

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the General Manager you can expect your working day to include the following.

• Working night shifts.
• To be a point of contact for guests, contractors and suppliers in the event of query and to reach an outcome that all parties are happy with
• Carrying out reception shifts ensuring smooth operation of business on a rota basis.
• Supporting the team in completing food service.
