We are currently recruiting an attendant to join the team covering our Norwich car parks. To start asap, anticipated to work 18 hours per week (3 shifts, Friday/Saturday/Sunday).
Responsibilities and Duties
Duties will include:
- To ensure the safety, security and service of RCP’s car parks, customers and property.
- To promote the image of RCP Parking as ‘The Friendly Car Park Operator.’
- To carry out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines and other company equipment.
- To keep the sites tidy and safe.
- To check that tickets/permits are valid and issue Parking Charge Notices to vehicles deemed to have parked in contravention.
- To assist customers to park.
