Key Responsabiilities:
- Responsible for PPM and Reactive Maintenance on site
- Involved in extra works and project work
- To be part of an On-Call Rota
- Ensuring reliability of the Plant and associated mechanical systems on site
- To work to set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained
- Prompt and effective response to all reactive maintenance issues, and help desk requests
- Minor installation work
The Ideal Candidate will need:
- Experience in a similar environment ideally Commerical / Industrial sites
- Be conversant with current Health and Safety legislation with relevance to safe working practices
Qualifications:
- Qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ or Equivalent (recognised trade qualification).
- Qualified to work with Central heating, Water heaters, pipe work, Unvented hot water, HVAC systems in commerical settings
- Experience in pipefitting
- Experience and understanding of central heating controls
- PASMA/IPAF certified. (Desirable)
- Ability to Pass BPSS Clearance and be able to provide 5 years of working reference history

Salary: £34,290.41-£36,713.36 per year
