Working with children aged 6 months - 5 years, this apprenticeship opportunity lets you earn while you learn in a privately owned day nursery alongside the passionate, experienced team.
Orangutans Day Nursery - Urmston are a successful, purpose-built nursery l ooking to give someone with a passion to work with children an opportunity to work in childcare, start their new career and undertake their level 2 whilst working.
It is our aim to provide care and education that will enable all of the children enrolled to become successful learners and confident individuals.

During
your apprenticeship you will be required to;

• Help assist at mealtimes
• Take part in activities
• Working alongside our staff and parents
• Ensure to follow safeguarding procedures to keep our children safe
• Supporting child development
• Care procedures

Training Provided

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. Orangutans Day Care Nursery will
provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your
role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your
working day.

If successful, you will complete a level 2 early years apprenticeship programme,
delivered through Orangutans Day Care Nursery dedicated training provider, Realise.

Realise is an established training provider that’s enjoying an exciting
period of growth following a management buyout and rebrand in late 2020.
