An award-winning Legal 500 law firm based in Hale, South Manchester is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least five years’ experience to join their award-winning team.

You’ll have a clear pathway to the top, as you’ll be working as a number two to the head of the department.

You’ll handle a mixed caseload of landlord and tenant disputes, possessions and evictions, rent arrears and reviews, boundary disputes, and easements, acting for a client base of large property developers, agents, and large lenders. You’ll have no individual target to meet, as the firm prefers to operate collaboratively and employs team targets as an alternative.
