The purpose of this role is the financial planning for a site project and the control and treatment of related expenditure. You will provide accurate monthly analysis to ensure the business has a clear view on drivers of performance, work cross-functionally with project teams and provide finance business-partnering.
- You are experienced in fixed asset management and balance sheet reconciliation. You will monitor trends across the project to highlight risks and opportunities and monitor scope creep. You take ownership of the development and maintenance of the Finance System Structure throughout the project.
- You work well independently, you will have no direct reports in this role but due to the nature of the project, you will be responsible for stakeholder management and influencing. You will also act as a representative of the projects progress to sponsors, key stakeholders, and the wider business.
- You’re CIMA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or have strong financial experience within a similar role.
