Operations Manager

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Waste / Recycling company in their search for an Operations Manager to work based at their depot in Widnes.

For the successful Operations Manager our client is offering:
i. £35,000 Per Annum
ii. 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
iii. Full-time permanent position

The role - Operations Manager:
i. Responsible for managing and improving the overall operational performance of the site
ii. 3 direct reports and 20 Operational staff indirectly reporting
iii. Focusing on route efficiency, route planning and the allocation of operational staff to routes
iv. Working with other Operation Managers to help maintain and improve operational performance across all depots

What our client is looking for in an Operations Manager
i. Experience in operation management and route planning - ESSENTIAL
ii. Excellent communication, inter-personal analytical and Microsoft skills
iii. A full driving licence and flexibility to travel for meetings/training/site visits - ESSENTIAL
iv. Be able to work in a team, organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and have a flexible approach
