We are looking to recruit Multiple Service Technicians/Mechanics to join our busy dealerships in Ashford:

• Jaguar Land Rover – Ashford
• BMW/MINI – Ashford

The successful candidate will be skilled in all aspects of diagnostics, electronics, servicing and vehicle repairs. You must be flexible, focused and a great team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

The Service department is a fast-paced and challenging environment. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work on the latest technology in an environment that demands quality workmanship whilst maintaining a commitment to outstanding customer service and ‘right first time’ repairs. Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a Dealership environment, but this is not essential, as training will be provided for the right candidate.

The daily working hours vary slightly between the sites.

Example: Monday – Friday 8:00 to 17:00 and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:00 to 13:00.

Minimum requirements:

• Hold a full UK driving licence for both manual and automatic vehicles.
• 3 years minimum motor trade experience.
• An NVQ level 2 or higher in LVM is preferable but not essential.

Salary varies between the sites and is dependent on experience.

Salary will range from £25000 - £35000 basic + bonus, meaning a potential OTE of £29000 - £42000.
