SHIFT PATTERN NOTICE; THIS POSITION IS FOR 2 WEEKS ON SHIFT AND 2 WEEKS OFF SHIFT RECURRING

Your 'normal day' will look like this:

- Supporting with washing and dressing in the morning (some hoisting will be required)

- Client can take her own medication but prompting will be required

- House chores will be required, our client would like support with these duties

- Showing our client how to cook (she doesn't want to live on microwave meals)

- Attending activities, going into town

You will be required to assist our client with cooking, cleaning, shopping, attending appointments, socialising and getting out and about. Whilst on duty you will have your own room in the client's home.

Working as a live-in personal assistant is an incredibly rewarding opportunity which gives you the chance to make a hugely positive impact on somebody else’s life. Whether it’s cooking, socialising, helping someone to get dressed or visiting the supermarket, your assistance means that someone else can maintain a level of independence that may otherwise not be possible. You will be a companion, a friend, and you will ensure that they are well looked after.

We support a very wide range of clients, including young adults as well as the elderly, and we take great pride in finding the right carers for each client. A manual car driver would be preferred but not essential and be available to work alternate weeks (2 WEEKS on, 2 WEEKS off.)
