Graphic Designer/Content Creator

My client is a national company based in Lincoln, they are an extremely busy company who is always looking to add new people on to help cater to the business needs, therefore I am currently looking for a graphic designer to join their team.

The successful candidate will work with the marketing team and be responsible for multiple projects, such as graphic design as well as content creation. This is a busy role within a national company so the ability to work in fast paced environments is key to a successful application.

Min roles and responsibilities:

– The creation and editing of new content via graphics, short clips etc.
– To support the in-house photographer with editing images and videos
– To work with the marketing team to publish designs and content involving graphic design and motion design.
– To help with the development of new products by making new product specifications.
– Taking part in regular shoots to create content.
– Delivering designs/content to the rest of the team and to be constructive with others.
– The creation of own concepts and content as well as working within a team to achieve goals.
– To keep up to date with current trends, design, social media, developments and competitors to help stay at the top of my client’s market.

The successful candidate will have these skills/experience:

– Video/image editing skills.
– Experience with adobe suite and other programmes for design/editing purposes such as Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
– The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– The ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
– The ability to multitask.
– Excellent written and communication skills.
– A working knowledge of social media and the ability to keep content consistent whilst also adapting to new trends etc.
– To have the ability to crack on and work with minimal oversight.

Monday – Friday, 9-5
Salary is 20,000 – 23,000.
30-minute unpaid lunch.
