Bristol Pride Bar Staff

Returning to The Downs for the 3rd year, Bristol Pride is a unique and important event that celebrates the LGBT+ community and offers the chance to connect and bring people together.

Successful applicants will:

- Have at least three months’ solid bar experience mentioned in their CV

- Have provided two relevant and responsive workplace referees

All staff will work 1 x approximately 9 hour shift, lasting the duration of the event.

Arrival and rota info will be confirmed nearer the time.

There is no specified uniform or dress code for this event. You must however be wearing close toed shoes, and we recommend packing layers for later in the day.

Feel free to get into the festival spirit, but please make sure you are able to actually work in whatever you wear!

We also recommend bringing a packed lunch and water bottle.
